The Racing Calendar

To many, the month of March means the Cheltenham Festival. A week of first-class horse racing which is arguably the zenith of the National Hunt year and something of a pilgrimage. Set within the glorious Cotswold countryside and within strolling distance of the beautiful Regency Spa town of Cheltenham.

As a property buying agent, I provide advice to clients seeking properties, be that country or town houses throughout The Cotswolds.

For those racing enthusiasts looking to settle in the west of the country, why not choose to live in a location which is well situated to provide access, (both by road, and rail) to Cheltenham, and three other excellent racecourses, one being right on your doorstep.
Bath, and the delightful villages and countryside surrounding it are ideally placed. Go north from Bath, and after 37 miles, you arrive at Cheltenham racecourse, if you travel west for 30 miles, you'll get to enjoy the Welsh Grand National at Chepstow or, go south for 32 miles and you have Wincanton Racecourse.  All provide much to enjoy throughout the racing calendar and if more, 'turf days' are required, there is always the home
ground at Bath racecourse.

Bath, and the local area provide a great range of property, from cottage to a country estate, apartment or elegant townhouse. Whether on or off market as the Bath Property Finder and Buying Agent we can identify and secure your chosen property. It is also a wonderful place to spend your winnings and celebrate a good day at the races.
